The simple and clearly arranged structure (Loops, Drums, FX and hundreds of sample-fragments) allows the quick detection of the wanted sound (e.g.: The folder for “soft kicks” contains samples for the “smooth” house sound, the one for “hard kicks” contains samples for the full, direct punch). Dont sleep on freshly squeezed samples though. Vengeance Essential Deep House Vol 2 and Vengeance EDM 1 are the best, much more quality stuff than garbage in them compared to the others. Pc- and Mac-users likewise benefit from this CD, because thanks to the use of the WAV-format, the appliance on both systems is possible, which allows to include the samples into established programs and samplers like Cubase (Halion), Logic (EXS), Reason, Ableton, Fruity Loops etc. Pros still use them, like Protoculture for example. A must-have for house fans, but also an awesome repertory for sound-experimentalists.
